About Martín
Martín holds a summa cum laude law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Santa Fe, where he graduated top of his class and received the CENEVAL National Award for Outstanding Performance.
His practice focuses primarily on litigation related to antitrust, infrastructure, and energy law. Notably, he obtained the first-ever temporary injunction against a resolution issued by the Federal Antitrust Commission, which had barred an individual from serving as a company manager.
He is also passionate about academia. He teaches law courses and has coached several Moot Court teams at ITESM. Recently, he trained the first Mexican team to win the Intellectual Property Law Competition, organized by the International Trademark Association in collaboration with the Andean Court of Justice.
Prior to joining the firm, Martín worked for over three years in the constitutional and administrative litigation practice at Galicia Abogados, S.C. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
