About Camila
She holds a Law degree from Universidad Panamericana, graduating cum laude with the thesis titled “The Viability of Establishing a Truth Commission for the Investigation of Femicides in Mexico”. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Legal Sciences at the same institution.
Her professional practice has focused on constitutional and administrative litigation, as well as amparo proceedings, particularly in the areas of energy, urban development, telecommunications, environmental law, and personal data protection, among others. Additionally, she has experience in human rights matters, with a particular emphasis on gender-based violence in Mexico and Latin America.
She spent three years in the administrative and constitutional litigation department at Galicia Abogados and served as Institutional Director of IWIRC Mexico (International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation). She previously worked in civil and commercial litigation at Guerra González y Asociados.
She is currently a professor of Political Theory and teaches the seminar “Contemporary American Jurisprudence”, both at Universidad Panamericana.
