Rodrigo Moreno Gómez

A graduate of ITAM, he has over 25 years of experience as a litigation attorney specializing in constitutional, tax, and administrative law. He has taken part in numerous highprofile legal disputes involving the interpretation and enforcement of tax regulations, constitutional defense, and administrative litigation.

Since 1999, he has had the privilege of working with some of Mexico’s most prestigious law firms, including García Alcocer Abogados, S.C. and Zínser, Esponda y Gómez Mont, S.C.

He has completed various diplomas and seminars, mainly focused on tax, regulatory, and constitutional law. In 2015, he earned a specialization in Tax Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
