Alonso Ocaña Juárez

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C. (IBERO) and an Advanced LL.M. in International Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

He has more than 10 years of experience in tax controversy and litigation. His practice focuses primarily on administrative and contentious proceedings, including tax audits, mediation and negotiation with tax, judicial, and governmental authorities, as well as the filing and handling of administrative and judicial legal remedies before all instances.

Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in matters related to the interpretation and application of international tax treaties, anti-abuse rules, transfer pricing, and the challenging of federal and local regulations. His experience spans several industries, including financial services, automotive, telecommunications, hydrocarbons, construction, real estate, and the food industry, among others.
