Diego González Altamirano

Diego holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he graduated with honors and received the highest distinction for his thesis. He also holds an LL.M. from Columbia University, supported by the CONACYTSENER-Hydrocarbons Sector Fund.

With more than a decade of experience, Diego focuses on proceedings before Mexican competition and telecommunication authorities. His work encompasses merger notifications, as well as investigations into absolute and relative monopolistic practices.

He also practices administrative and constitutional litigation before specialized courts in economic competition, broadcasting, and telecommunications.
