About Juan Pablo
Juan Pablo Del Río Peduzzi holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), with experience in civil and commercial litigation. His current practice focuses on constitutional and administrative consulting and litigation.
He has actively participated in the analysis and processing of amparo proceedings, actions of unconstitutionality, and constitutional controversies aimed at protecting fundamental rights such as freedom of expression, equality and non-discrimination, as well as promoting fair competition in strategic sectors such as telecommunications.
In addition, he has advised and represented financial and banking institutions in both administrative proceedings and judicial litigation.
He has experience in the design and implementation of public policies related to urban development and tourism services. He has served as a teaching assistant in Constitutional Procedural Law and Human Rights courses, and regularly contributes to legal outreach and academic publications in specialized law journals.
