About Luisa
Luisa holds a law degree from ITAM, where she graduated with Honors and received the Academic Excellence Award. She is a Fulbright Scholar and earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University. With over 20 years of experience in constitutional and administrative litigation, Luisa has served in the Mexican Supreme Court, the Federal Judiciary, the investigative commission for the ABC Daycare case, and the Presidency of the Supreme Court. She also conducted research at the Spanish Constitutional Court.
She has led major constitutional matters, securing favorable outcomes for leading clients in sectors such as telecommunications, broadcasting, real estate, mobility, and banking.
Luisa currently teaches Legal Argumentation in the Constitutional Law Master’s Program at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. She is a published author in national and international journals and is an active participant in academic forums.
