About Luisa

A Law graduate from ITAM, where she graduated with Honors and received the Academic Excellence Award. Fulbright Scholar and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University.

She has more than 20 years of experience in constitutional and administrative litigation. Prior to entering private practice, she held various positions within the Federal Judiciary, including serving on the Investigative Commission for the ABC Daycare case, as well as at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, both in a Justice’s Chambers and in the Office of the Chief Justice. She also completed a research residency at the Spanish Constitutional Court.

As a litigator, she has led constitutional matters, achieving favorable outcomes for prominent clients in sectors such as telecommunications, broadcasting, real estate, mobility, and banking.

She currently holds the chair of Legal Argumentation in the Master of Constitutional Law program at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. She has published articles in national and international journals and actively participates in academic forums.
