Erick C. Pensado García

Mr. Pensado received a law degree from Universidad La Salle and a Ms in Tax Law from UP. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of litigation, consulting and tax planning, which provide him with the expertise to intervene in the prevention and resolution of tax disputes before fiscal and judicial authorities.

In 2008, he joined the tax department of Deloitte, and became the head of the Tax Controversy division globally.

In 2017, he joined the tax department of Moreno Gómez Abogados, SC, and he joined C&MA as the head of the same area in 2021.

He received a Diploma Degree in Taxes and Tax Regulations from Universidad Panamericana in 2010 and became a Specialist in Business Strategy and Finance from UP and got certified in International Taxation in Westlake, Texas. He was accepted as a member of the Mexican Bar Association in 2009.

He is a professor in the Tax Diploma Degree of Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Santa fe Campus), and the Law Degree of the same institution (CDMX Campus).

He has authored various articles and publications on tax matters.
