Erick Pensado García

Erick is a partner at Conesa y Moreno Abogados and has 20 years of experience in highly complex tax controversy and litigation.
He is an expert in tax optimization strategies, remedies and defenses, and the prevention and resolution of tax disputes before tax and judicial authorities.

He has advised taxpayers in the real estate, oil and gas, e-commerce and private wealth sectors. He previously led Deloitte Mexico’s national Tax. Controversy practice, where he worked for 10 years and represented Mexico in various international forums.

He holds a law degree from Universidad La Salle and a Master’s in Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana, where he graduated with Honorable Mention. For the past decade he has taught at Tecnológico de Monterrey and takes an active part in academic and professional forums specializing in tax matters.
