Néstor Pineda Arellano

Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he is currently pursuing a specialization in Tax Law. He also holds a Diploma in Administrative Law from the same institution.

His practice has focused on tax, administrative, and constitutional litigation, as well as tax advisory work, at leading firms such as Pérez de Acha e Ibarra de Rueda, S.C. and Tena Abogados, S.C. He has been actively involved in handling legal remedies in these areas, participating in the strategy, monitoring, and management of complex matters, as well as in the representation of domestic and international clients before tax and regulatory authorities.

He has also assisted in the preparation of legal opinions and the analysis of corporate structures. His experience spans sectors such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, hydrocarbons, commerce, alcoholic beverages, and textiles, among others, participating in the analysis and design of tax strategies for transactions with regulatory impact.
