About Ricardo
Ricardo has more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer and specializes in constitutional, administrative and regulatory law.
He has handled amparo proceedings, administrative proceedings, actions of unconstitutionality and constitutional controversies, as well as complex litigation matters before the Mexican Supreme Court, federal courts and various administrative authorities, representing the interests of companies in the energy, telecommunications, healthcare, agribusiness, technology, hospitality and aviation sectors, among others.
He has also advised government bodies and legislative authorities on the design of public policy and regulatory frameworks, giving him an exceptional command of the regulatory landscape.
He holds a law degree from Universidad Marista de Mérida, where he graduated with honors, and an LL.M. from New York University (NYU), with a focus on public law, and is a member of the New York Bar.
