Lawyer from Escuela Libre de Derecho, graduating with honors, with experience in research and litigation in environmental human rights at the Centro Mexicano de Derecho Ambiental, A.C. (CEMDA).
He has experience in notarial and contractual matters and has been involved in matters of defense of the right to a healthy environment and the rights of communities and indigenous peoples.
He is currently pursuing a specialized diploma in Health Law at Escuela Libre de Derecho, while advising clients in the healthcare industry on issues such as patient access to cannabis-based medicines, as well as psychedelics regulation.
His professional practice includes controversies regarding the constitutionality of laws, transparency and access to public information, health, as well as strategic litigation. Additionally, he has experience as a columnist in academic and journalistic legal publications.
